Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Infusio. This Shipping Policy outlines all shipping terms, timeframes, and procedures for orders placed through our Shopify store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Free Shipping

Infusio offers free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required. Free shipping applies to all eligible destinations listed in this policy.


2. Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United States (all 50 states)
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia

We do not currently ship to destinations outside of these regions. If your country is not listed, please contact us at infusio832@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.


3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second notification with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Note: During promotional periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any delays via email.


4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

After your order has been processed and shipped, please allow the following estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Australia: 7–14 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier volume, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.


5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided at checkout. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's tracking portal.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for carrier updates to appear in the system.

If you have not received your tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at infusio832@gmail.com.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Infusio ships internationally to Canada, the UK, and Australia. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping costs. Infusio has no control over customs processes and cannot predict applicable fees.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information before placing your order.


7. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Infusio is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at infusio832@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered processing.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please do the following:

  • Check around all entry points of your delivery address
  • Ask neighbors or building management if they received it on your behalf
  • Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
  • Allow 3 additional business days, as packages are sometimes scanned as delivered before physical arrival

If your package is confirmed lost after these steps, please contact us at infusio832@gmail.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Infusio is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at infusio832@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and packaging

We will review your request promptly and work to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at infusio832@gmail.com with your order number.

Once an order has been processed and handed off to our fulfillment team, we are unable to guarantee cancellation. If you miss the cancellation window, our standard return policy applies once the order is delivered.
